Who we are
Fleetkeep is a free UK fleet compliance dashboard run by the operator of fleetkeep.co.uk. Contact us at hello@fleetkeep.co.uk.
What we collect
Once you create an account we collect: your email address, business name (optional), the registration numbers of vehicles you add, MOT and tax due dates retrieved from the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service and DVSA MOT History API on your behalf, and any backup contact details you choose to add.
We collect basic, privacy-friendly site analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are set for analytics.
Why we collect it
To send you operational reminders before MOT, road tax, insurance and service renewals. With your separate consent, we may also send marketing updates, or refer your renewal intent to vetted UK partners (such as insurance brokers or MOT centres) so you can compare quotes. You can change consent at any time in your settings.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site and in our reminder emails earn us a commission when you book or buy through them. The reminder service is free either way. Sponsored links are clearly labelled.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fleetkeep.co.uk or use the delete-account button in your settings once you have an account. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we keep minimal records for 30 days for affiliate reconciliation and dispute resolution, then erase fully.
Lawful basis
Operational reminders: necessary for performing the service you signed up for. Marketing: your explicit consent. Third-party quote sharing: your explicit consent. Site analytics: legitimate interest (no personal identifiers).
Changes
If we change this policy we will email registered users and update the date above.
